Visit our showroom on London’s Tottenham Court Road and you’ll meet the team who know our chairs the best. Our wonderful store staff spend their days surrounded by comfort, helping customers, like you, find their perfect seat.
We sat down with two of our in-store Brand Ambassadors, Brian and Nataliia, to discuss their favourite styles, how they wind down and what really makes a Stressless® chair stand out from the rest.
Which seat is your favourite to sit on in the London Store?

B: I like the Stressless Paul because it suits my tall and rapidly expanding frame (Married life has been good to me!). The fit of this chair is just perfect.

N: Definitely the Stressless Berlin. It’s stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every time I sit in it, I don’t want to get back up! and I think it fits perfectly into both contemporary and classic homes.

How do you unwind?

B: I do love watching films just for the escapism. Especially when reclined on my favourite chair.

N: I love spending time in nature. Whether it’s a walk through one of London’s parks, exploring a new trail, or simply enjoying some fresh air, being outdoors helps me relax, clear my mind, and recharge.
Fabric or Leather?

B: In the last few years, I have been gravitating towards leather. My furniture journey started over 40 years ago and at that time leather furniture was very different to what we have now. The leathers we use at Stressless are softer and much more comfortable.

N: Leather. I love the luxurious feel, how easy it is to maintain, and how beautifully it ages over time.

Where's your favourite place to grab a bite on Tottenham Court Road?

B: I try not to eat out too much. But Popeyes Chicken is very much a guilty pleasure.

N: I enjoy trying different places, but one of my favourites is finding a cosy café nearby where I can have a good coffee and a light lunch.


How long have you worked for Stressless® ?

B: I have been with Stressless just over 4 years now, I feel fortunate to work in such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I see why there are so many people who have been in Ekornes for over 10 years.

N: I’ve been with Stressless since 2024, and it’s been a fantastic experience learning more about comfort, design, and helping customers find the perfect chair or sofa for their homes.
