In the first instance, do speak with the retailer from whom you purchased the goods. As your Contract of Sale lies with them, they will generally be best placed to offer you service and support. We work with our retailers to investigate all complaints and assist them where we can in putting matters right.

Out-of-court complaint and redress mechanism
To provide our customers with peace of mind and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible retailing, Ekornes Ltd is a registered full member of The Furniture Ombudsman. The Furniture Ombudsman is an independent not-for-profit organization which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice which provides our direct customers with additional protection if things go wrong.
