Our basic guarantee
We guarantee our Stressless® products against all faults provided they have NOT been self-assembled but request any claim is made within eight days after you have taken delivery of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights of reporting any subsequent problem within one year of purchase.
Should you find there is a fault please contact your Stressless® retailer who will arrange for the fault to be repaired.
Our 10 year internal mechanism guarantee
In addition we guarantee the internal mechanism of our recliners for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase of the product. The 10 year guarantee covers the Plus™-system and the internal metal frame, including the metal springs and gliding system. The guarantee is only valid when registered within 6 months of purchase.
5 years on electrical parts
We guarantee all electrical parts and motor on the LegComfort-system for a period of 5 years from purchase date.
2 years on the battery
We guarantee the battery unit for the LegComfort-system for a period of 2 years from purchase date.
The guarantees do not cover damage to leather, fabric, woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as any faults or damage arising from any repairs made by persons not authorized by the manufacturer or damages caused by use of non-original electronic parts.
Your statutory rights
Neither of the above guarantees exclude or affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise in relation to our products.
