Stress Less® Personal Employee Coaching Program

This exiting new program from Stress Less® provides you with your own personal "life" coach who will be your key advisor, "sounding board", and motivator in dealing with life's everyday challanges.Your Master's level or above coach is trained and experienced in the life sciences and will provide expert guidance and comfort in any issue that needs addressing.If you have a challange where your coach feels more experienced help is needed, they will bring in the right expert from our many specialty areas including
legal, financial, marriage,work life, child care,weight management,addiction,wellness,etc. The program begins with a self assessment and initial consultation which is used to determine your challanges and goals. Once there is mutual agreement on the desired direction, you work as a team to accomplish your goals. The modest minimum monthly fees cover basic telephone or computer consultation based on your time needs.Additional consultation is billed on a per hour basis.
